There’s no planning fee.
In Nepal, hotels and transport companies pay a standard commission to the planners who bring them guests. That’s how we’re paid, too.
You pay the same rates you would if you booked each place yourself, and often less, because we book with people we’ve worked with for years. Your budget goes to the program.

How early should we get in touch?
Six to nine months before travel is ideal, especially for January programs. We take only a few groups each year, so earlier is better.
Do you only work around Pokhara?
No. Sarangkot is our home base, but we plan programs across Nepal, including the Kathmandu Valley, Chitwan, Lumbini, Bandipur, and the Annapurna and Everest regions.
How are you paid if there’s no fee?
Hotels and transport companies pay us a standard commission, as is common practice in Nepal. Your rates are the same as booking directly, and often lower.
What group sizes do you work with?
Most programs we plan have between 8 and 30 participants. Larger groups are possible with more lead time.
Can you work with our university’s travel and risk policies?
Yes. We can provide itineraries, emergency contacts, hotel details, and anything else your study-away or risk office needs for approval.
Do you only work with US universities?
Most of our groups come from the US, but we plan programs for universities anywhere.
