Suman Chapai
Raised in a Sarangkot guesthouse, studied in the US.
From the first email to the flight home, Suman is the person you talk to. He grew up in his family’s guesthouse in Sarangkot and spent more than five years in the United States for his undergraduate and graduate studies. Having been a US college student himself, he knows what faculty and students expect, and helps put Nepal into context before and during the trip.

Suraksha runs the program on the ground. She has managed treks, travel bookings and a guesthouse, and it shows: rooms ready when you arrive, vans at the door on time, and the packed lunches for trail days made by her own hand. She studies business in Pokhara.
