We sit down with you to think through your intended goal of Nepal trip. Is this a business trip, a college tour, a vacation? What do you want to get out of Nepal? Do you already have a set itinerary?
We take the responsibility of finding, booking and making sure each hotel has the right room(s) ready for you on your day of checkin. We also make sure every vehicle you book arrives on time. We take all the burden for you so you can relax. We arrange ground as well as all air transportations.
We help you find appropriate treks and hikes suited to your needs and arrange everything for you, likely by connecting you with a trusted trekking agency.
Do you need/want to visit a health post or a local school? Do you need to find someone who can give you a formal Nepali lecture for your group? We can do all that and more for your group.
We work with you to find places in your itinerary where we can add immersive cultural experiences, maybe a village tour + coffee farm visit program where you'll be served lunch by a womens group, a momo cooking class, etc. etc.
Do I need to tip, if so how much? How do I get a sim card? We help you with every little question you have. We also provide you a pre-arrival guide with answers to all frequently asked questions.

Suman Chapai
Suman was born and raised in his parents’ guesthouse in Sarangkot. He spent over five years in the United States for his undergraduate studies and part of his graduate program, bringing a blend of global perspective and local insight to the team.
Resham Gautam
Resham, born and raised in the foothills of the Annapurnas, is a seasoned tourism professional. He has extensive experience running a travel agency, money exchange, and paragliding company. His work has also taken him across several Southeast Asian countries and Australia, adding depth to his understanding of the travel industry.
Suraksha Chapai
Suraksha is a business student in Pokhara with hands-on experience in tourism and hospitality. She has managed both a guesthouse and an Airbnb, giving her a practical and in-depth understanding of what makes travelers feel welcomed and cared for.
